IBAL communities are for our members to connect, grow and profit. IBAL members play a key role in their community.
IBAL offers each member the option to participate in leadership at every level.
Whether hosting, facilitating, teaching, mentoring or simply sharing your wisdom and knowledge with the other members in the community, opportunities exist to grow within the IBAL Community.
