We are expanding to new markets and need leaders for Community Business Academies.

Our Community leaders are experienced and knowledgeable in their industry and collectively we are professionals, managers, leaders, business owners and budding entrepreneurs. We are driven and goal-oriented, and willing to do what it takes to grow ourselves and our businesses.

We are also generous and friendly and believe in learning, teaching, and see integrity and trust as essential to building great businesses and great lives.

People do business with people they know trust and like. Our goal within the IBAL is to stimulate an environment where people trust one another and can learn, share and grow from the experience. Doing business together becomes the natural process.

We are also looking for Directors and Associate Directors to develop and operate Communities. Directors and Associate Directors earn a commission on income after expenses.
