** Membership Agreement

The International Business Academies, LLC (IBAL) and the IBAL General Member and IBAL Circle of Excellence Member agree:

The IBAL Member has certain privileges which are contained and maintained on the IBAL website. Privileges are not removed but the IBAL reserves the right to improve or enhance a Member privileges.

An IBAL Member is not a member of the legal entity International Business Academies, LLC or any other legal entity created during the IBAL Membership term.

IBAL Membership is at will and the IBAL Member or the IBAL may terminate the agreement at any time without cause.

IBAL Membership Fees are the annually amount paid to become an IBAL Member. IBAL Membership Fees are non-refundable except when such conditions arise that prohibit the IBAL Member from participating in all IBAL meetings, events, strategy sessions, seminars and workshops.

The IBAL Member may assign the IBAL Membership to another individual when approved by the IBAL.

The IBAL Member may retain the IBAL Membership in the case of change of employment if the IBAL Member paid the IBAL Membership Fee or if approved by the employer at the time of retaining Membership if that employer paid the IBAL Membership Fee. The IBAL is not responsible for any disputes in this matter.

The IBAL Member is to treat other IBAL Members, visitors, guests and IBAL staff with respect and shall not outwardly solicit business from them. While at IBAL events this includes: continuously being intoxicated; unauthorized use, possession or sale of a controlled substance in any quantity; unauthorized possession of dangerous or illegal firearms, weapons or explosives; engaging in criminal conduct; any act of deemed harassment of a sexual, racial, or other nature; obscene or abusive language ; and any disorderly/antagonistic conduct.

The IBAL Member may retain and use any copyrighted material the IBAL Member discovers during the term of IBAL Membership pursuant to any and all copyright laws.
