Dreams will get you nowhere, a good kick in the pants will take you a long way ~Baltasar Gracian

Dreaming is a great way to set goals but if all you are doing is sleeping and dreaming you will never accomplish any of the life goals you wish to achieve. You can have a passion for what you do but everything needs to be guided with a plan and establish revenue the great measurement stick to what you are doing! How do you give yourself a good kick in the pants.

Personally I like to have conversations with my mirror. I frequently remind myself of who I am and what gifts or talents I have to share with others. They type of people I choose to work with and spend time around.

Where do you go for support in your business or life? What system is in place where you access knowledge and expertise to continue your path and succeed in your goals? What do you find works for you in your daily life and how do you find accountability within your business? Please post your comments or questions here.

You need a TEAM behind you! Could be a small team, a large team even a virtual team. You may need a personal assistant, bookkeeper, a business manager, an attorney, a financial planner, a business coach and/or mentors. Your ability to properly choose these team members will mean the difference of realizing your dream in 1 year 5 years or for some not at all.

Now don’t panic. You may not need them all, or if you do, probably not at the same time. You may not need a lawyer or financial planner everyday, but one day you will need one. You may want to hire someone to manage the operations of your day to day business. But you might only need the bookkeeper ten to fifteen hours a month. Only you can decide how much you need your team. You just need to know who is on the team, that when there is a need they are on the bench so to speak, ready to come in the game and help make you a success.

Pick the right Dream Team and they will become your Wealth Team.

Who is on your Wealth Team?

I believe dreams are powered by desire and then faith. Dreams are the vehicle I can take to success. But dreams are just that-a vehicle. If I don’t get behind the steering wheel and lead my dream on the road of success, then I could end up floating down a river in my dream. When I am driving my dream, I may stop down the road of success and get directions from others who have traveled thus far. I may stop and rest and fuel up on faith. My dream is a journey, but I must drive to get to success. Not only do I need a vehicle, I need a plan, a map, and some experts. I love IBAL for gathering the experts in one place for our assistance. Dream on, but hold!
