I build business and personal relationships by encouraging everyone to be themselves and not try to be who they believe others want them to be.  As an accredited business advisor through The Institute for Independent Business, I have worked with businesses leaders to help them build these relationships and grow personally as their business grows.

As a learning and training specialist, I have had the opportunity to present and teach to diverse audiences all across the US and in the international markets.  But there is one constant I have found.   Successful leaders no matter their experiences want to learn.  Personal development and education is a vital part of there business plan.  I believe in the power of education.  I was drawn to IBAL for that reason.  IBAL’s success and uniqueness lies with the blend of group and individual learning.  Always wanting to give and receive more.
